DRAG0N Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with DRAG0N! We aim to get your order shipped and delivered to you as fast as possible. Please see below for more details on our shipping practices:

Processing Time We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Costs We ship most items via USPS or UPS. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and distance during checkout. We will send you an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Here are the estimated shipping times for each shipping method:

USPS First Class Mail: 4-6 business days 


Additional charges may apply for remote addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Backorders If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and given an estimated ship date. You will not be charged for backordered items until they are shipped. You may cancel backorders at any time prior to shipment.

Returns If you need to return an item, please see our Returns Policy. We include a prepaid return shipping label with all orders for your convenience.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information that allows you to follow your package every step of the way. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email. If you need help tracking a package, please contact us.

Lost or Stolen Packages In the event a package shows delivered but you do not receive it, please contact us immediately so we can begin an investigation. Some packages require a signature confirmation, so please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery.
